Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Dehradun. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored visual solutions. Tasks include managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, executing sales strategies, delivering product training, and working closely with the internal team to meet sales goals. The role requires proactive communication and an ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to develop and implement Sales strategies
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to deliver client education and manage sales processes
- Proficiency in understanding client needs and customizing solutions
- Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in visual communication, technology-driven sales, or a related domain is a plus
