Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Daily tasks include managing sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering product knowledge, identifying potential customers and contributing to sales strategies and team training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring others within a team environment
- Highly self-motivated with a passion for tattoos, skincare and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in retail or sales, particularly in the skincare or beauty industry, is an advantage
