Role Description
This is a part time, remote Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities also include providing training and support to clients post-sale and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the design team to customise solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ability to train clients and provide support to ensure successful product implementation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the design industry is a plus.
