Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing the sales process, providing customer service to address client inquiries, and conducting training sessions as needed. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management activities, including meeting targets and developing strategies
- Ability to provide effective Training to clients and team members
- Proficient in building relationships with clients and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Result-oriented with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the industrial, automation, or process measurement sector is a plus
