Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Bhopal. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing product training, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure consistent sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions and present technical information to clients.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A background in process control, instrumentation, or related technical fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
