Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Lucknow. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs, and managing the sales process. The role includes training clients on our offerings, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The selected candidate will contribute to business growth by driving sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in Training, including delivering programs or demonstrating products effectively to clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Prior experience in the education or training industry is an advantage
- A proactive mindset with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
