Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar. This position is responsible for guiding patients and customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products that meet their vision needs and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, explaining product features and pricing, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure a smooth patient experience, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and participating in occasional promotions or training sessions to stay current on product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and customers.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue and support store performance.
- Experience in Training or coaching team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Amritsar.
- Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or optical sales is preferred but not required.
