Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities will include providing training and support to clients on using our simulator products and offering exceptional customer service. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities with experience in meeting and exceeding targets
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Training and educating clients on product functionality and benefits
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Relevant experience in healthcare or technical industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
