Hiring: Sales Specialist – Design & Build (Prefab Construction)
📍 Calicut (Kozhikode) | Full-Time

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can go beyond selling — someone who can read customers, challenge their assumptions, and guide them toward the right solution.

1) Engage with clients and deeply understand their needs, lifestyle, and expectations
2) Translate ideas into clear, practical, and buildable solutions
3) Work closely with design and project teams to shape concepts into reality
4) Handle high-value discussions with confidence, clarity, and structure
5) Drive the entire journey from first conversation to project handover coordination
6) Build trust by being honest, sharp, and solution-oriented
Your Background
1) 2+ years in construction / real estate / architecture / high-value sales
2) Strong communication in English & Malayalam
3) Ability to handle serious client conversations with maturity
4) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
