Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Lucknow. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and conducting product training for clients as needed. Coordination with the sales management team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization is a central part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of achieving targets
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients or team members as required
- Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market trends in Lucknow is a plus
