Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive expansion by onboarding B2C/D2C clients
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Conduct cold calling, outreach, networking, and events for lead generation
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted solution partner
- Handle client queries and ensure smooth onboarding
- Deliver platform demonstrations and customized solutions
- Build alliances with brands to enhance market distribution
- Strategize to improve business models and optimize operational costs
- Focus on acquiring and closing high-value clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics or eCommerce with D2C seller acquisition
- Strong expertise in lead generation and prospecting
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, creative, and a strong team player
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
