Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram. In this role, the Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and drive business growth by achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting client presentations, offering tailored solutions, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver Training sessions tailored to client needs
- Proactive approach to identifying leads and closing sales opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IT security and infrastructure solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
