Hiring: Inside Sales (Outbound | B2B | 0–2 yrs) — 2 Positions

What You’ll Do
- Reach out to SMB owners across India, Asia Pacific and MENA who are still running on WhatsApp, Excel, and manual processes
- Break through quickly — get attention, build curiosity, and start real conversations (not robotic pitches)
- Understand how they run their business — sales, inventory, staff, follow-ups — and connect it to Neome
- Position Neome as a simple, powerful system that replaces chaos with clarity
- Qualify fast, book demos, and push deals forward aggressively
- Build your own pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, and smart follow-ups
- Work closely with the closing team and own your numbers like a founder
Who You Are
- 0–2 years experience in outbound calling / inside sales / (B2B )
- You can think on your feet and don’t depend on scripts
- You understand how small businesses operate (or are curious enough to learn fast)
- Fluent in Hindi + English (Telugu or other regional languages = bonus)
