We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to manage channel partners, drive admissions, and generate leads through college partnerships. You will own the full cycle from outreach to enrollment and help expand our institutional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, consultants, and aggregators
Train partners on programs, USPs, and admission process
Track partner performance and drive monthly targets
Admissions Management
Handle end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
Counsel students/parents on programs, eligibility, and career outcomes
Ensure documentation, fee collection, and timely batch closure
College Outreach & Seminars
Conduct seminars, webinars, and career sessions in colleges
Build relationships with TPOs, HODs, and placement cells
Organize on-campus activities to build brand visibility
Lead Generation & BD
Generate quality leads from colleges through events, campaigns, and referrals
Develop partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporates
Support marketing team with on-ground activation and feedback
Requirements
1–3 years in sales, BD, edtech, or institutional partnerships preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for college visits and seminars
Target-oriented with ability to work independently
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
CTC: 5 LPA
Experience: 1–3
