Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and managing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating client deals, providing training to customers regarding products, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building lasting client relationships and resolving inquiries effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers regarding products and usage
- Capacity to meet sales goals, adapt to changing market dynamics, and provide innovative solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools for tracking sales performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
