Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking made to measure orders, understanding their preferences, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and supporting team training initiatives. The role also entails maintaining a strong understanding of the brand's vision and product lines to effectively communicate and highlight key features to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure exceptional service
- Proven expertise in Sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team development and foster a collaborative work environment
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-energy team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an advantage
