Role Description
Join Mercadohive Ventures LLP as a full-time Sales Specialist based on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, conduct customer outreach, provide exemplary customer service, and train others as needed. Creating customized sales strategies and meeting targets are key aspects of this role, which directly contribute to the company's mission and growth.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve and exceed targets by implementing strategic plans.
- Experience in Training and guiding team members to enhance their sales performance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in market trend analysis and a results-driven approach to sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or agri-business sectors is an advantage.
