Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, delivering product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and execute sales strategies.

- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve revenue goals and foster business growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to build capabilities and enhance performance
- Results-driven mindset with proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/communication software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or customer engagement in a related industry is advantageous
