Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kolkata. The Sales Specialist will manage daily sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include showcasing properties to clients, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves guiding prospective clients, providing detailed information about properties, and developing lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries
- Proficiency in providing Training to team members and collaborating to achieve sales goals
- Result-driven approach and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
