Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Rohtak. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching prospective clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve presenting product and service offerings, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the purchasing experience. The role also includes conducting training on products or services as needed to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and perform under pressure.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor peers to enhance team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on results-driven approaches.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing business opportunities.
- Navigating CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications or courses in sales and customer service are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
