Business Development Executive (B2B β EdTech)

π― Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to build and scale our B2B partnerships in the EdTech space. This role focuses on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other education partners.
π Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and onboard B2B partners.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and drive them to closure
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with decision-makers
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle β from prospecting to deal closure
- Develop long-term relationships and ensure partner success & retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings based on market feedback
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM

- Basic understanding of B2B sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
