Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Chennai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will oversee customer acquisition, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, managing the sales cycle, training clients on product features, and developing sales strategies to meet business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve targets
- Experience in Training clients on product use and best practices, and providing ongoing support
- Sales Management skills to oversee and optimize sales processes and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is desirable
