Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and providing product training to customers. The role also includes planning and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and working closely with the sales management team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve targets
- Ability to provide clear and comprehensive Training to customers on our products and services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar power industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
