JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist
LOCATION: Remote – Open to candidates based in India (Kochi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, etc.)

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Acquisitions Specialist to join our team.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in India who can work UK hours.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys speaking to people
- Is comfortable making outbound calls
- Likes building relationships
- Is target-driven and proactive
You’ll be responsible for finding new landlords, speaking with them, and onboarding their properties into our UK portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Find and contact landlords
- Make calls and set appointments
- Follow up and manage leads
- Onboard properties and complete documents
- Build landlord relationships
- Work with the UK team
- Meet your targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Good English and communication skills
- Confident in making calls
- Sales/customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable with targets and fast-paced work
- Responsible and professional
Work Schedule
UK Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Working Days: 6 days a week
Saturday: Work From Home (except peak periods if required)
Weekly Off: One fixed day
