Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the entire sales process. The Sales Specialist will also train clients on product offerings and provide product-related solutions that align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and supporting clients
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely
- Proven sales track record and an understanding of market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the ceramics, construction, or interiors industry is an advantage
