About the role
Karespot is a metabolic health and weight loss platform. As a Sales Specialist, you'll call warm leads, follow up consistently, and close sales. On-site role in Dehradun.
Responsibilities
- Call warm leads provided by the platform — no cold calling
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain lead notes and pipeline in the CRM
- Meet monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of inside sales or telesales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (mandatory)
- Basic interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health tech
Compensation
Fixed salary plus variable performance incentives.
