Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging new leads, providing excellent customer service to clients, overseeing sales processes, and conducting product and service training for customers. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to achieve targets and analyze sales data strategically.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions related to products and services, ensuring clients have in-depth knowledge for informed decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage.
