Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing tailored automotive solutions, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks will include interacting with potential customers, showcasing vehicles, answering inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities may involve participating in training sessions and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
- Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and meet targets
- Experience in Training or mentoring others is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to stay updated on products and trends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
