Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru City for a Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales efforts in the region, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, conducting market analyses, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The Regional Sales Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, negotiate contracts, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret market trends to develop effective Sales Strategies
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Sales Technology Platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with the food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
