Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and presenting investment opportunities. Other responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with management to meet and exceed sales targets. Meeting clients - doing site visits. Doing Calling to leads.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven, on-site environment
- Experience in the real estate or investment sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
This is an On-Site Role for Gurugram, Haryana Office. 6 days a week. Pay will be as per market standard.
