Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Specialist at Intex Technologies. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing promotional activities, and conducting training sessions for dealers and distributors. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, delivering presentations, managing accounts, and collaborating with the team for effective sales execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills to address queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proven expertise in sales and sales management, including achieving sales targets and market growth
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members and distributors
  • Proficiency in identifying new sales opportunities and creating impactful sales presentations
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
