Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, pitching and selling solutions to prospective customers, and maintaining long-term relationships. The individual will provide training, support, and advice to clients, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on customer requirements and solution development while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure a positive experience.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Training and mentoring skills to onboard and support clients as needed.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend tailored solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a deep understanding of sales pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the BFSI or data analytics industry is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and excellent problem-solving skills.
