Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, understanding customer needs, and promoting tailored steel sourcing solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. Additionally, the role involves training on product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to meet team objectives
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of the construction or steel industry is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with willingness to attend on-site meetings as needed
