Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive the sales of certification programs. Responsibilities include
1.Managing client relationships
2.Closing admissions (sales closure)
3.Ensuring targets are achieved through effective communication and accountable practices.
4.Daily connecting on calls around 60-70 students for admissions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive growth and achieve targets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the professional certification or edtech industry .
- Expected experience - 0-2 years
