You’ll also be working on leads for Real Dating School (RDS) — a premium coaching brand helping men build confidence and succeed in dating through proven systems.
Role Overview
You will handle high-intent leads from Instagram & WhatsApp across both brands, nurture them, and convert them into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Handling & Engagement
- Respond to all incoming IG & WhatsApp leads instantly
- Build rapport, understand pain points, and qualify leads
- Use text, voice notes, or short videos to increase conversions
2️⃣ Lead Nurturing
- Share program details, results, and testimonials
- Confidently handle objections
- Follow up consistently with warm leads
- Move leads through the pipeline until they convert
3️⃣ Calling & Closing
- Call qualified leads and explain programs
- Conduct short discovery calls
- Follow proven sales scripts (training provided)
- Hit weekly & monthly closing targets
4️⃣ CRM Management
- Update lead status daily (Hot / Warm / Long-term / Closed / Dead)
- Maintain clear notes for each lead
- Set reminders and ensure timely follow-ups
5️⃣ Reporting & Performance
- Share daily numbers & follow-up reports
- Track conversions and drop-offs
- Suggest improvements in funnel & lead quality
Requirements
- Strong communication (Hindi + English)
- Experience in Instagram DM / WhatsApp / inside sales
- Confident on calls
- High energy with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with CRM tools
- Fluent English
