Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, delivering training sessions to clients or team members on products and services, and supporting sales management to strategize and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, lead generation, and client management
- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales role, particularly in education, events, or publication industries, is a plus
