Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, identifying their educational needs, promoting and selling i2Global’s learning solutions, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients in selecting solutions tailored to their requirements. The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams and participating in sales training sessions to refine skills and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in customer service and a customer-focused mindset to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- Proven aptitude in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in sales management or training is beneficial.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in a dynamic workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
