Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with prospects, and closing sales. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, demonstrating product value, conducting product training, providing exceptional customer service, and strategizing sales plans. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies with demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in leading Training sessions and providing guidance to clients on product usage and implementation.
- Knowledge of Sales Management principles and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in SaaS sales or in similar industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
