Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Karol Bagh. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions to prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling questions or concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Sales Specialist will also support sales reporting, participate in sales reviews and training sessions, and provide feedback to help improve offerings and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and resolving client issues effectively.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, product pitching, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and basic reporting.
- Ability to deliver or participate in Training sessions for clients or team members on products and sales practices.
- Basic understanding of software or technology products, with the ability to learn features quickly and explain them in simple terms.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to manage contacts, opportunities, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
