Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing sales strategies, training team members, providing exemplary customer service, negotiating contracts, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role requires effective communication to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales expertise, including a proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in Sales Management and Training team members
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing client-centric solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the biotech, medtech, or FMCG industry is a plus
