Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Deoghar for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products. The role involves cultivating relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also assist with training and developing strategies to drive sales team performance and support effective sales management.
