Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. The specialist will also actively manage sales processes to achieve organizational goals while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop strategies and meet targets
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients on products and services
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a sales team
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Background in HR solutions or employee assessments is an advantage
