Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer meetings, facilitating product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met. Collaboration with internal teams to refine sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven expertise in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer service skills to effectively address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to deliver product training and guide customers through onboarding processes
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, or Engineering is a plus
