Genuine & Gorgeous is a luxury watch and fashion retailer with boutiques in Pitampura and Connaught Place. We're looking for a confident, well-spoken Sales Specialist to convert the leads that come in through our website into happy customers.
You'll be the voice of the brand on the phone calling inbound leads, understanding what they're looking for, and guiding them toward the right timepiece.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with leads generated through our website and campaigns
- Explain and recommend watches across brands like Omega, Rado, Longines, and Tissot features, styling, and value
- Ask the right questions to understand each customer's budget, taste, and occasion
- Capture customer details accurately and maintain follow-up records
- Own the conversation end-to-end and close sales
- Coordinate with the boutique team for viewings, deliveries, and after-sales
What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong phone presence - persuasive, patient, and personable
- Interest in luxury watches or a willingness to learn the category deeply
- Prior experience in sales, tele-sales, or luxury retail preferred
- Comfortable with follow-ups and hitting conversion targets
