Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with clients, identifying their travel needs, and offering suitable packages. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also work collaboratively with the team to develop strategies for growth and participate in training activities to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve performance targets.
- Highly developed negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Background in travel, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
