Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities will include conducting sales meetings, providing product training and presentations, creating tailored sales strategies, and collaborating closely with the internal team to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve targets
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and presentations for a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in digital sales or technology solutions is a plus
