Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include presenting product features to clients, managing the sales process, securing new clients, and assisting with training team members on sales strategies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively
- Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training others in sales techniques and product details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage
