Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in South Delhi. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their automotive service and product needs, present suitable solutions, and close sales. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting product and service demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves coordinating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, following up on leads, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on offerings such as services, spares, insurance, and warranty plans.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, manage pipelines, and work toward achieving revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn new products quickly and share knowledge with team members when needed.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate a target-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in automotive, insurance, or service-related sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
