Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Pune, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, delivering product information, managing the sales process, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves participating in training sessions and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to engage professionally with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in driving sales and achieving targets
- Capability to participate in and deliver effective Training sessions as needed
- Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in sales or fitness-related industries is an advantage
