Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their travel requirements, promoting FABgetaways’ luxury travel deals, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing insights to improve the customer experience. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with fellow team members and participating in training sessions to refine sales and client service skills.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Training to continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to adapt to customer needs.
